Bianca's
Bianca’s is a neighbourhood restaurant and wine bar in Stoke Newington — our second collaboration with chef Adolfo de Cecco and his partner Paola.
Designed as a more relaxed counterpart to their Michelin-star awarded first restaurant Casa Fofò, the identity we created for Bianca’s reflects a playful, seasonal approach to food and wine.

Seasonality at the forefront
Seasonality sits at the heart of Adolfo’s cooking, inspiring an identity that evolves with the ingredients on his menu. We created a series of hand-drawn illustrations, including asparagus, seaweed, elderflower, rhubarb, and mushrooms, that capture the restaurant’s experimental spirit.
In addition to the seasonal illustrations, we also created a hand-drawn double wine glass. Turn it one way and it reads as the B of Bianca's; turn it another and it's two glasses, clinking, capturing the spirit of the extensive wine list that's constantly rotating and never quite the same twice.
Our work with Bianca's also helped bring the identity across every touchpoint, from menus to signage to packaging. We also stayed closely involved with the build of the physical space itself, guiding decisions like the yellow used throughout the interior so that the room felt like a natural extension of the brand experienced through the website.
